Emotion and pride marked the closing of another edition of the Astra Foods Young Apprentice Program.

April 29, 2025, was a special day for a group of young people beginning their professional journeys already carrying experiences that make a difference.

The graduation ceremony for Astra Foods’ Young Apprentices, held in Cruzeiro do Oeste, marked the end of a learning cycle that began back in 2023.

In an atmosphere of celebration and recognition, the graduates received their certificates and celebrated alongside colleagues, local authorities, company directors, managers, and family members. There was no shortage of smiles, applause, and the sparkle in the eyes of those who know they are on the right path.

More than just a ceremony, the event represented recognition for the daily effort of these young professionals, who experienced an intense journey of discovery, responsibility, and professional development. For Astra Foods, investing in education and training means investing in the future, not only of the company, but also of the labor market and the community as a whole.

During the event, young participants who demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the program received special recognition awards:

• João Gabriel Martins Miguel – Administrative Assistant

• Samuel Santos da Silva Junior – Production Line Assistant

The first-ever “Innovate & Transform” award also honored a young participant who stood out for initiative and creativity in suggesting ideas to solve challenges within the department where he worked: João Vitor Gonçalves Alves – Production Line Assistant.

With each edition of the program, we see not only professionals grow, but also more prepared and confident individuals emerge. And that is what drives us: being part of these transformations and closely following the many achievements still to come.
